Stephanie has been a part of the team since 2011. She has found her passion in the financial field and holds the FPQP® designation, which she obtained at the College for Financial Planning. Her role as the director of business operations allows her to collaborate with clients, determining their financial goals. Stephanie has well over 20 years of experience in customer relationship management, which benefits HFG in facilitating their top priority—building long-term relationships with their clients! Stephanie’s knowledge of insurance, marketing, social media, event coordination, problem resolution, billing, and sales not only assists their team but also benefits their clients. Stephanie thrives on professional training, ongoing development, and cultivating her knowledge, allowing her to successfully flourish in the financial field!
Personal
Stephanie hails from Cape May, New Jersey, and has resided in Jacksonville, Florida, since 1992. She graduated from Duncan U. Fletcher High School in 2001. She has been blissfully married to her husband, Danny, since April 2008, and they have an energetic 14-year-old daughter named Ava, also known as Stephanie’s “mini me”! The Williams family also has two 4-legged children, French bulldogs named Vinny and Nico. Stephanie is a doting mother and wife. She takes joy in spending time with family and friends, traveling all over the southeast with Ava and her travel softball team, and watching college football.
